How much does LinkedIn management cost in 2026?
If you have ever asked an agency what LinkedIn management costs, you have probably heard "it depends."
That is true, but it is not very useful.
So here are some real numbers: what agencies publish, what you get for the money, and how to decide what you actually need.
The short answer is..
Done-for-you LinkedIn management for one person usually costs between $1,500 and $5,000 a month. Executive programs run higher, and larger content programs from specialist agencies can go past $10,000 a month. Coaching, where you learn to do it yourself, costs far less.
What agencies actually charge
Unfortunately, most agencies do not publish prices, but some (like us) do. Here is what a few real options charge, based on their own pricing pages in Q4 2026, and what you give up with each:
A content agency for B2B executives: from $4,999 a month for 15 posts, and you need at least 2 executives to qualify. You commit for at least 6 months, and its bigger plans ($9,999 and $13,999 a month) run up to a 12-month minimum. Its plans are built around content: posts, newsletters and long-form. Daily connection requests to your ideal clients are not part of what it lists.
A LinkedIn Ads agency: $2,500 a month to manage LinkedIn Ads, and you pay the ad spend on top of that. Organic content is an add-on: ghostwritten founder posts cost another $1,000 a month for 5 posts.
An outreach and lead generation agency: $397 to $997 a month. Its plans are built around outreach campaigns, not content, so you still need someone to write your posts. A third-party review also mentions a 90-day minimum.
Across the market, personal profile management goes at $1,500 to $5,000 a month and executive programs at $3,000 to $8,000 a month.
Where The Better Post fits
Most options make you choose:
content or outreach?
company page or personal profile?
short contract or real results?
Personal Profile Management starts at $1,500 a month with a 3-month minimum, and covers both sides: network growth (ideal clients) and lead nurturing, plus content written in your voice and a monthly report.
For companies, Company Page Management starts at $2,500 a month and puts 5 of your team members on LinkedIn every week, on top of your company page and newsletter.
What changes the price
Who it is for. One founder costs less than a leadership team with several voices.
How much is written. Two posts a week and five posts a week are very different jobs.
What happens after posting. Content alone is cheaper than content plus outreach, prospecting and lead nurturing.
Strategy and reporting. A plan built around your buyers, and a monthly review of what worked, takes real time.
Contract length. Many agencies ask for 3 to 12 months, because LinkedIn results build over time.
Done for you or do it yourself?
Done-for-you management makes sense when your time is worth more than the fee and you want consistent posting and outreach without thinking about it. Coaching makes sense when you or your team have time to post but need a clear strategy and method.

How to choose
Start with the outcome you want. If you want leads and conversations, pick a service that includes outreach and nurturing, not just posts. If you want your whole company to be visible, look at employee content, not only the company page. If budget is tight, start with coaching and move to done-for-you later.
